Paper Mini Hula Skirt - Kid's

New Addition to the Hula Skirts!! The skirts come in 5 vivid colors, has elastic waist bands for comfort and fit, and are very full.  The waist is 22" and are 12" long.  The Shell and Flower Leis(293), bracelet and the Kauai Leis match these skirts.  See below.
