These skirts look adorable on children! Our simulated silk flowered hula skirt strays away from the traditional grass skirt. It has vertical strands of simulated silk petals with a Velcro waist and has a 34" waist x 24" length. This skirt can rest on the hips for smaller waist sizes or, for children, it can be wrapped around to the desired tightness and then stapled. Since it is 24" long, it will be a full-length skirt on smaller children. The ends are finished with attractive beads.
