BBQ Spare Ribs
Any type of ribs. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. In a large pan, cover with foil and cook at 275 degrees for several hours. Prepare grill when ribs are nearing the end of cooking; once ready, place ribs on grill, spreading BBQ sauce on them. Be careful not to over cook.
BBQ Sauce:
Can use store bought--the honey-brown sugar is recommended. If you want to make your own, make the following:
1/4 cup Honey
1/4 cup Teriyaki Sauce
1 tsp prepared mustard.
Combine above ingredients. You can marinade the ribs in the mixture and use it as a grilling sauce.
Grilled Corn
Boil frozen corn according to package instructions. In a small bowl, melt 1 stick of butter or margarine. Mix in 1/4 cup of teriyaki sauce. Remove corn and place on grill, basting with teriyaki and butter mix. Baste several times through the cooking; Remove after 15 minutes or when grill marks are present.
